I am a new member, in the early stages of my emigration to Canada. My partner and I will be visiting Toronto this month and the Vancouver area in June.

I am an Educational Counselor and understand that I will be eligible for residency under the skilled worked program.

My partner is Portuguese, who works at home as an Interpreter. She is not eligible for residency status in the USA.

We'd be interested in hearing from folks who have migrated to Canada recently or could share some insight as to the inner workings of the country itself.
