Why did you not have the property registered in YOUR name as you mentioned you purchased on the secondary market when you parted with your money...or am I missing something?

If you reside in Dubai this is what you can do which will cost you very little inconvenience and 100% inconvenience to who ever sold the property to you.

Get your sales Documents, receipts, have them translated into Arabic, copy the originals, take the originals to the Police Station and open a case of Fraud.

You could have the owners of the Real Estate Agent as well as the sales person's named.

Usual practice here is to put the concerned people into jail, pretty much straight away if your paper work is in order.
