One thing you should try & do is find out if ARY have sold the same property to someone else, if that is the case then their is a definate case of fraud. Meanwhile if you really dont want to pay the charges, you could sell your place & get out of this bad situation OR on the basis of the receipts that you do have, you could approach the police. But beware somoewhere in the paperwork you have received from ARY, in fine print you will probably find that ARY can add additional charges, as they have done, thereby protecting themselves.
