Hi all,
Hubby and I have been considering this for a few years. We're hoping someone can give us some ideas on the better parts of the country to settle. We are hoping to escape a lot of cooler/wet weather (if that's possible). Thinking the south but where? Also, is it fairly easy to buy a home when new to the country? Any help appreciated.
