not sure about all this negative, talk..i brought my house 4 bed with pool + 3 floors in larnaca for 136 cyprus pounds and its now worth 180 cyprus pounds - when cyprus hit the euro in Jan 2007 - it will be worth 400,000 euros --- this land is only for millionaires now....the north is a dodgy investment as no one is clear in land right, the best place to buy there is farmagusta - which is old stolen southern owned cypriot land - its the jewel in the crown and they will want it back from the turks under any deal ...deep family histories are involved...
