Have you thought of looking at Joao Pessoa for properties you get a lot more for your money and the beaches are the best in the area.
Joao Pessoa is about 1hr 20min from Natal or Recife airports.
The tourist trade is just starting here unlike Natal.
I am from the UK and live here in Joao Pessoa and know many of the pitfalls of buying in brasil so if I can help you in anyway don,t hesitate to contact me.

Just received confirmation that contracts will be ready to sign and pay 1st installment on october 07 for miltonia- I dont know if its the same for the others i.e-solanum,galatea,marginata!

The resort construction is to start in decenmber 07- and two show houses will be built and ready for viewing from april 08!!

So I may well plan to visit once the show homes are available to have a nosy around!
Was planning to go sooner but will wait now until the show homes are finished!!

Heard that jucuma resort in right next door to elegance- the plot next to marginata side??
The same main road will provide access to jucuma and grand natal??

Can anyone else confirm this??

Just received an update from my agent re GNG as follows:

Grand Elegance Natal information;
With regards to all four Elegance Natal named locations i.e. Galatea, Miltonia, Solanum and Marginata, I can report that over 700 plots have now been sold. There are only 4 - 2 bedroom apartments in the whole project (Solanum area) facing the 18th and 1st greens available.

Sounds like a popular choice!
