I do not understand fully where this new building is sitting?

I have jsut reserved a one bed in Marginata - on the very end Ruby block (1st floor)
its basically the furthest left of site - 111T i think.

So what exactly am i expecting of a view? My agent said it would be partial sea and sand dunes to right? he explained the hotel would sit towards the right side of marginata?

Anybody shed any light on this? Being first floor will my view be heavily restricted?

I bought quite late i think but still see it relatively cheap!

Default hotel Spa

N.

I have a scan of the new building. If you care to send me an E mail via the members list I'll return a copy to you.

I'ts not wonderfully clear but you may just be able to position it in relation to your property.

Regards

K

Hi all,

The yellow area is the whole phase 1 area it includes galtea, solanum, miltonia and marginata!

Marginata is located on the far righthand side- phase 1 is a horseshoe style layout-thats what I can make out anyway!

See ya D

W.

We are located approximately half way down the top of the top boomerang shape on the right hand side of the yellow bit !!!. So if the complex is built as this plan we will look over the triangular garden to the rear of it and over it (hopefully) towards the sea. I'm also told that the land is rising away from the sand dunes which may give a little more elevation.
