Default Project Zen Eco - Natal

as mentioned in the Eco home thread, there is an eco development being built in Natal, marketed by ASCL Ltd, its inital 76 plots have now all been reserved and I believe the next release of 110ish plots also spoken for.

I have reserved Plot 5-04and plan on building the 2 bed Almerverde to be completed in 2009.

SalsaSue and karen - whats your situation re this development?

Hi karen

Thanks for replying. How exciting! So many questions if you dont mind.

So you've actually been out there and seen the site and are buying throught the Developer in Brazil (who is Portugese)? Would you mind describing what you thought of the site and why you preferred it to others you may have seen out there.

When are you programmed to build ? As I understand it the site builders could only build 6ish per year. Downside is that there will be building for some time to come, but minimal noise/disruption as it is all being hand crafted.

Unfortunatley I havent been out there yet, but brought on the world of the British co-developer, who I have been involved with in Morocco. Crazy maybe, but he's a very decent guy and I've always been impressed with his knowledge. He sold all the plots he released in 11 days to people who are experienced investors, so that makes me very happy with the deal.

Come on, who's got the 4 beds - I need to know you!!

Debbie

Default Project ZEN

I was informed about ZEN... I took 2 odd weeks before deciding and the site says all 64 plots for phase 1 were sold out.

Still there are other channels still advertising on initial/ prelaunch discounted prices !! and probably a little difference in the number of plots in phase 1...

Have I missed something or are these units still available through some sellers ?

Gee

I understood all plots were sold.
This is the website with the tel of the co-developer (see under plot prices). He will know exactly which plots are available with any agent.

ZENs initial allocation of 64 plots has been fully reserved.
From December of last year ASCL have worldwide exclusivity on all sales.
There are no other agents or sellers.
Prebooked ads are still running and details of interested parties are being recorded in strict rotation of contact for a future release -the timing of which has yet to be finalised.
I trust that clarifies.

This week in Natal is an exhibition - 5 international flights arrived in one day! Thomson pulling out may still be a ploy to get more slots, either for them or First Choice brand but now we have Condor from Frankfurt and easyjet to get us to Frankfurt. Tap will increase their number of weekly flights as well. These mega developments will not even get started soon, let alone finsih, and I for one would not want to be in a resort complex the size of those planned. I think this project size is ideal, and Brazilians will also rent.
