hmmmm not sure i believe them but just been on phone with GS and they swear blind they now have (since 1/2 days ago) the registrao de incorprocao and registrao de construcao........... anyone got a way to find out ??

Ask them for copies and then forward those copies to either your lawyers or to me. I can tell you if it looks legit as I receive copies of each of those for any development we promote so I know what the official docs look like and what they should and should not contain.

My selling agent told me verbally yesterday that he had heard that final licenses had just been granted for Galatae. This is one for the lawyers I think!

I have made a call to the Laywers myself to find out the latest update. I am pretty sure this is coincidental information given that today is the first day that GS will start to breach the original reservation contracts, however we had better have the matter confirmed by the lawyers in the know as it were.

I am waiting for a call back with further information. As soon as I have the latest update I will post back on here to give the official line.

Sorry cam for the confusion!

Right just spoke to the lawyers your right cam in a way...

They have said the 500 euros is their fee to deal with the refund from gs but you have to pay a provision of 1000 euros to cover actual costs for documentation ,powers of attourneys etc involvolved!

This is the maximum and shouldnt cost any more and that Any money left over from the provision after will be refunded to you.

So yes you have to pay the 580 (vat incl) + 1000 euros = 1580 euros upfront cost.

Which does seem alot- but still only a quarter of my reservation fee at the end of the day.

Id rather pay that than loose the whole refund.

The only way Ill end up out of pocket even more now will be if licences are granted before then and I still decide not to proceed further on the purchase then potentially Ill be minus the reservation fee and minus the lawyers fees aswell.

It's a dilema isn't it! On your last point, my selling agent told me last night (I know!)that full licenses have now been granted, stamped and anything else for Galitea phase. My lawyers couldn't confirm this yet, they are still checking it out but if this is the case, it would seem pointless parting with a further 1500 euros if you don't want to progress with the purchase, as the deposit will be lost anyway. I will wait to see what happens in the next week or so with the licenses on Galitea.

Galatea is one of the ones at the back isn't it? Why would licenses be granted for one at the back if they weren't granted for ones at the front or to the sides?

From what I recall, solanum was at the front, Miltonia and Marginata were at the back with Galatea in the middle or did I get that confused?

I would assume that either they have licenses for everything (all four phases and the villas) or they don't have licenses for anything - saying that they have licenses just for your phase sounds a bit iffy.

But again, if they have them, great - ask them to send you copies or return your reservation fee.
