Hi all,Well my agent called today as he received a copy of the letter I sent to GS saying that I refused to accept the conditions of the letter and that I didnt want to proceed any further with the purchase. Hes said that licences were granted back in februaury and that they were waiting for copies of the licences as they had to wait as they had to pay stamp duty etc in brazil before the documentation can be issued which was the hold up. Estimated date for contracts and copies of licences 1-2 weeks apparently?? take care-d |

The previa expired and it was then granted again. They do not have title on the land as yet at GNG (in fact one of my sources has advised the land is back on the market!) and without title there is no way the registro do incorporacao will be granted. All these letters from GS and the agents foolishly believing them is merely to buy time and stop buyers from cancelling. The latest contract they have sent out is tio get buyers to sign to supercede the reservation contract so that they do not breach it. All very dodgy stuff if you ask me!! Lisa |
