totally confused as to the Coral Beach location

Hi everyone, You will have to excuse me if I seem slightly bewildered by the Coral Beach situation. Can anyone specifically tell me the location of this developement at what stage is the developement at. So far all I have seen are pictures of an area with plenty of sand and a few palm trees dotted around. Plus a picture of a house which could have been taken from any brochure. I am not saying this place does not exist but has anyone actually been on a inspection flight and been shown were there actual plot is. Please no comments from interested agencies I would like to hear from bona fide purchasers or prospective purchasers. At the moment lurking in the back of my mind is the great "Florida Scam" a number of years ago in which buyers found they had purchased a nice tract of land in the middle of a alligator infested swamp.
