There are currently no mortgages available for foreign buyers of property in Brazil, brazil has recently been given an Investment Grade with Standard and Poors and with growing middle class economy there are now local mortgages available for the first time which fuelling the demand... As with any emerging market now that it has an investment grade I am sure there will be mortgage facilities for Overseas buyers eventually... at the moment the best way to finance is through cash, equity release, remortgage or raising the finance in the UK....
