I feel very sorry for everybody who got conned
BUT
some buyers are really looking for trouble investing in deals which sound too good to be true.
How can you pay such high prices based on hyped-up returns?
Spain and Portugal had a property boom based on HISTORIC advantages which cannot be repeated in other countries.

Hi infoberlin

Yes, kind of agree with you... how could buyers be so blind... but there are always people out there to take advantage... although, I do agree buyer beware and take off rose tinted specs.

Returns in Bulgaria are only hyped by some, they in reality present good value for money in an emerging market and will also provide medium to long term results for investors in terms of capital appreciation. Indeed the prices for purchase are very low for what you get

All the best

Unhappy What a lot of Saddo's

hi to all, we have bought several properties from Bulgarian Union and are very satisfied with the properties and with the service we recieved. The owners of Bulgarian Union are lovely people and gave us confidence to buy in Bulgaria and also gave us honsety. I cant believe a word of what you say about them, Just think how it would feel for you to have your name plastered over the internet

Default this is takin the piss.

Bulgarian union and the people that own it are wonderful people. I will not mention other real estates in Bulgaria but why are they driving round in flash cars and fancy houses. Bulgarian union's prices are low because they dont rip you off!!!!!!!!!!!
All of you out there that have nothing better do do than to slag these people off need to get a life.

Default You have read it wrongly

You have accused Wildperson of advertising

but he didn't

if you read all the posts and threads how they are coming from start to end you would realise that wildperson posted info about a new company which is in connection with bulgarian conners.

Read it again and you will see and you will find out that he is not a sales person nor agent selling properties in Turkey. He is doing a favour to people who would like to purchase in Turkey through the named agent as he found out that this agent is in connection with Bulgarians.

How else shall I explain to you?

I think you his post has been mistaken and people who have warned him were not fair nor they have read a post properly.

One cannot go saying things with names included on open forum about people without supporting the statement. Your spurious comment with names led me to ask you to provide hard facts to support your post, that is all.

To clarify to you, we do not sell properties, we are not agents nor connected with any agents. We are independent publishers.

If you have a complaint about moderation of the Bulgarian section, then please do contact Bob at admin.

All the best,

Hello Janoulaki

wildperson has not been accused of advertising, just pointing out that a post about Turkey buying was more relevant to that board rather than the Bulgarian board.
There are many strange posts in this thread, not least the latest by xena and xeena.
As this thread has continued to degenerate so I am closing it now.

----

Subsequent note : A member of this forum has endeavoured to re-start this thread and also made insinuations which are false. Please note - any attempt to restart this thread will be deleted. I believe that everyone now has been forewarned of the people mentioned regarding property purchases. The thread is only locked, it is still there for people to view so that we can be sure any potential buyers can read posters opinions.

Best wishes
