Seeing as Platinum Developments started this thread, let me tell you about something!

Are investors and agents aware of the refunds being held back by Platinum Developments on their Sunset Resort in Pomorie? There are 20 original investors with Platinum Developments that are still waiting for their money back, two years on, and Platinum Developments are now saying that they do not have the money - we're talking over 250000 euros worth all told. And to top it, at the moment we can't even get hold of his solicitor in Bulgaria to whom they're redirecting all their queries - they are hoping that we will go away. If you read the other posts in this forum you'll see the details.

Platinum Developments are untrustworthy and unreliable so tread carefully!!

Mr Neil O'Reilly now has the oppurtunity to come good and give the refunds back.

Just to reiterate what the poster above has said - this is quite an unbelievable statement to come from Platinum! They have just ripped people off to the tune of over £250,000 by refusing to return deposits as promised.

And of course the places being recommened, Aheloy and Pomorie, are where they have their developments. So of course they are going to recommend these.

I would strongly recommend against taking any advice from Platinum. Before you start advising people on how not to get ripped off you need to put your own house in order.

Default Platinum Developments - What a joke

Is it possible that Platinum Developments (the Irish based company) could be looking for more victims.

Three years after they offered us a refund when they changed the plans having taken over Sunset Resort at Pomorie and decided not to even build the unit we were going to buy we're still being given excuses as to why they can't pay us back. So there's no apartment and no refund. Don't be taken in by their nice words - they are worth nothing.

newlanark99 and tomergott are right, but there always is such threat when you buy something "on green" - before it to be built. Even I can not believe how it is possible somebody to get lost on this way? In biggest resorts and famous places many huge economical interests are involved, so corresponding more crimes are likely to happen. Except that how you can pay something in advance, when it doesn't exist yet?
There are many, many good properties, which you could choose between and it is not necessary to have trust in greedy unfair companies...
I could offer REMOVED - ADVERTISING AGAIN

I am also one of the original investors who is still waiting for their money back. I have signed an agreement with Platinum in which they guarantee to return my deposit. Mr Neil O'Reilly has stated to the press that he will be paying back these deposits.

So where is the money????

Come on, no more excuses do what you said you would do.

Nick
