If you offer properties, then you are surely linked to estate agency / development in some form.

It sounds to me as if you are just trying to dish dirt on a competitor. Why not concentrate on doing your own sales and doing the right thing.

You now Jane you are right. Why should I/We wanna know about the scandal. People are getting ........... This is pulling the already destroyed image of Bansko down. We feel that this is Bad For OUR business. With our good range of property, and other developers destroying Bansko why should we care UHHH. But NO we care... So we offer to all the people that were scammed there discounts. Let me see now how you can say anything about that. You are sooo mean, you every comment is to destroy the Bulgarian image more. Please restrain your self from doing this.

Well, to be honest, I believe we are doing more than anyone to promote a positive image of Bulgaria and have been doing for several years.

We moved here nearly four years ago, throwing our own personal hard earned money into creating a business and publishing a monthly magazine about Bulgaria and Bulgarian property. So I'd say we care too

If you would like to see the magazine and judge for yourself how we promote Bulgaria in a positive light, then visit our site or send me your address and I'll send you several free back editions.

As for your offer of "So we offer to all the people that were scammed there discounts". Offer what, to whom by what method?

As I said before, just get on with your own business. It is a shame there are a few bad apples out there, but there are in any and every country.

Bulgaria has a great chance to create something special - that's the way to go... not worry too much about your competitors and how bad they are, ignore them and create a positive business in your own right.. do it the right way yourself and you'll get good business

I represent Z Properties JSC, We offer Florimont VIP Homes And SPA and Florimont Heights.
In Florimont VIP Homes And SPA we have the largest casino, restaurant and SPA.
Our casino is 740 square meters, our SPA center (450 square meters) will be the only true ASIA SPA center in Bansko with professional massagists from Thailand. Our casino wil be the only live casino in Bansko. We are the only one that said that if we are going to furnish our apartment then lets build a factory. And here we are, we are building this very moment. We have arrainged for a number of things to be included in the complexes even thou they take space and money and they aren't really cost effective to us. Things like laundry rooms (no extra charges), drying room etc. How much do you think we are going to make from jacuzzies etc. Stotinki... Change ... Pocket Change for 12 y. old girl.... I mean come on..... We are the biggest and the best. And if that is not enough, then here are the numbers. We are officialy on the market for 4 months we have 220 ap. we have already sold 150...
