Hi Z

You see, that's great news... a laundry in Bansko! Not too easy to find in Sofia either

If you'd like to drop me an email with a bit of PR, then I'll endeavour to include the development in the Mish Mash (news, gossip and happenings) in the mag.

If you've sold 150 already, I don't know why you'd worry about anyone else. Seems to me that if you are doing that well you should be doing something right!?!?

Default Platinum (PDI)

Thanks for the offer Z, but our focus at the moment is on getting this money back, not spending more.

Hello to Jain and Chris,

can you tell me more about what you are prepared to do to help the people who were promised money returned by platinum.

I am owed €27,514.20.

Mr Neil O'Reily has promised in the press that the original investors will get their money returned by Platinum, so where is it. Why all the excuses now.

Hello nickgiles

We can only do what we can do, which is try and help.

I don't mind running an article but to do it I need hard facts and written supporting evidence, not posts on a forum. The biggest problem, seems to be from those who have written to me, that they do not have anything legally binding (mostly it seems as if Platinum never signed anything themselves).

As you will know, being a printed publication we cannot print things which are untrue or do not have any proven written foundation - it would be libellous.

My suggestion to you is to join with others to try and get some result through the legal process on this situation. But of course, you can only do this if you have the facts and proof of what has happened.

I wish you well with it all,

Jain and Chris,

Don't take this the wrong way, I appreciate your advice, though as per your post from about a month ago asking to be sent stuff asap to your personal email - I sent you some things that same night plus a lengthy email, and said I could follow that with further evidence, but you never even replied (accept on this forum to say you got the email). So that did seem like a waste of time.

I'm quite sure we have plenty of strong enough evidence for an article.

Anyway, if Nick emails you could you then forward on his email to me if you still have my email address? (I don't really want to post my email address on here).

Thanks

Hi Ekko

Thanks for the post. I haven't taken it the wrong way - you are quite right, I haven't got back to you. I'm sorry. As you can imagine, we get many hundreds of emails and I'm afraid it does take time to get through them all and then of course, there is the monthly magazine to get out too. No excuses though! I will email you today.

I agree with you, it is best not to post your email address on open forum. If Nick emails me I'll ask him if it is ok to send you his email address and if he says it's alright with him, then I'll do so.

Cheers,
