Seeing as Platinum Developments started this thread, let me tell you about something!

Are investors and agents aware of the refunds being held back by Platinum Developments on their Sunset Resort in Pomorie? There are 20 original investors with Platinum Developments that are still waiting for their money back, two years on, and Platinum Developments are now saying that they do not have the money - we're talking over 250000 euros worth all told. And to top it, at the moment we can't even get hold of his solicitor in Bulgaria to whom they're redirecting all their queries - they are hoping that we will go away. If you read the other posts in this forum you'll see the details.

Platinum Developments are untrustworthy and unreliable so tread carefully!!

Mr Neil O'Reilly now has the oppurtunity to come good and give the refunds back.

If you are indeed Europe's leading developer in Bulgaria, can you explain why when I phoned platinum developments / PDI regarding the return of my deposit, along with another 20 or so investors, in the pomorie gold and beach resort, I was duly told it was nothing to do with platinum as you are not developers, only sales agents.

I understand there are various problems with Platinum Developments, from the web site pdi.ie - however, I have had several emails now personally from Platinum Development Group, who are very upset and totally Bulgarian owned and nothing to do with pdi. Please would you bear in mind in future when you are discussing this issue to make sure you are clear about who you are talking about. Be SPECIFIC and not just say 'platinum', etc.

I know many of you have plenty to say about the Irish based company, but please bear in mind there are other companies with a platinum name who have nothing to do with this and are suffering as a consequence.

As I've already said, if you can please all provide me with written proof (email : info@questbg.com) and hard facts to back up what you are saying, I'll be happy to investigate on your behalf, even throwing in a free amount of support from an independent lawyer for you all.... just, please send me hard facts... and let me know you are not already in legal proceedings so that we can take this further. I await to hear from you......
