At Your attention – a magnificent Bulgarian project!
It is situated in the biggest bay on the Black Sea Coast, 32 km south from Burgas and the international airport and 2 km north from the Old Sozopol. Double thermo- and hydro-isolation of foamglass is used. The villas are decorated with elements, usual for the houses in Sozopol: stone and wood, white walls and steep roofs.
The whole area is 37 300 sq.m. and the unfolded built area of the villas is 30 150 sq.m.
The centre for service and amusements has social functions and is situated at the entrance of the village on two levels, and by this way the perfect view to the sea and the Old City is ensured.
On the lower level there are tourist services, rent-a-car, internet, international calls and other reception services. There are also day bar and shops.
Two staircases from the left and from the right lead to the next level, where there is the amusement part of the complex. The second level offers dinamic combination of restaurant, game hall and three swimming pools. Two of them are connected toghether, and forming a waterfall 1 m. high at the connection. The third swimming pool is a children's one and is separated from the others for security reasons. Around the swimming pools there are solar terraces, service rooms, showers, toilets, dressing rooms.
All the levels and facilities the Service and Amusements Centre have access ramps for disabled chairs and baby cars. The Day bar is in the centre of the solar terraces and on the second level there is a restaurant with 50 people capacity, where there is served breakfast, lunch and dinner. Above the kitchen there is a game hall. On the both sides of this level there are staircases and ramps, leading to the villas.
