Bulgaria for me is a fascinating property market, the early E.U acession state with great prices and ideas, my only concern is the re-sale value of these properties will not grow as expected. I believe the strength of Bulgaria will be as a provider of second/holiday homes & not as a 2-3 yr investment opp

Welcome on board edp24 - good to see you here!

I think you could open a thread about this as it is an interesting discussion.

I notice that you are locally based publisher (Norfolk). It would be fascinating to hear from Norfolk residents as to their experiences of Bulgaria.

Hope to see you posting again very soon

Question Semiramida Gardens

Hello

We are investors from Suffolk, UK, buying in Semiramida Gardens in Borovets. Is there anyone else out there buying in this development or does anyone have any experiences, good or bad, to share about investment in Borovets, or Semiramida Gardens in particular?

John and Lynne

hi there everyone

we are two kiwis, living in sheffield, and we have bought a studio apartment in semiramida gardens.

we have been snowboarding in borovets twice, and loved it, the surrounding mountains and pines reminded us of home! and so we decided to invest there.

we are really looking forward to spending some time out there, getting to know the people and the culture, and, of course, to enjoy the snow!

best wishes to you all
ari and dan
