Hi guys just read your thread and would love to chat to you sometime ive fallen in love with bulgaria an would love to invest in a by to let property out there an would like to know if there is still money to be made out there as ive heard so many bad storys. im thinking of any rental income as a bonus an looking at a long term investment but hope to branch out from one property to start off with an invest in a few providing i can earn enough money an invest anything I make on the property to further my investments. Would be keen to chat and learn more about what I need to be doing Ive done some research an wouldnt mind knowing if ive missed anyhing out really/

I "dabble" in property projects around the world and currently own some plots and a few apartments in Varna. My main job involves risk assessment so I took a long hard look at various BG options before finally going for Varna.

I also "dabble" in properties in the UK, Dubai, Egypt, Germany and Malaysia, using basically the same risk-averse approach. The problem with property is establishing the reality of an investment proposal rather than believing in the hype and promise.

Hello from a chilly Bansko

I have been visiting Bulgaria for the last 7 year's, and am now resident in Bansko where I have started a property company called GS Properties Ltd as a co-owner.

My wife is from Sofia, and we have been married for 6 year's.

My home in the UK is is Manchester, although we have sold the property now.

I hope to get to know more of you through posting in this forum.

Hi to everyone,
My name is Sandra and my husband is Martin we have purchased a new build property in sunny beach which is to be completed late summer on the sunny day 5complex.
We hope to be spending all summer out there.
I have just found out that I have been ripped off by Spring Blue Furnitue whom I pre-ordered my furniture package from we paid them up front for a discount of nearly two and a half thousand pounds they now have disappeared please if anyone knows anything or in the same boat get in touch.
I now need to find another furniture company that is cosha and reasonable price
