Hi to all in this forum
My name is Julia and we've both two apartments in Sunny beach in Kamelia Garden 1 as they were with guarantee rental income from the developer, whose agent in the beginning said to us we are going to get 4000 euro for 2 bedr apartm but eventually we had to take 2000 euro in the end of October 2007 and unfortunately we still can't get this 2000 euro. Does anybody here faced this problem before or with this developer( Mela Invest). How could we get our money back? What could we do in this case? To be honest we are trying to sell now these apartments as we bought them with the purpose to rent them out (((
I am very disapointed from the developer services!!!!

Just introducing myself... Hopefully I shall get to posting some threads soon.

I am 20, from the UK (Devon to be precise), interested in purchasing a property in Bulgaria as a Holiday home and investment. Unfortunately property prices in the UK will prevent me from being able to afford anything over here for a few years yet!

I enjoy playing guitar, and drums and relaxing in the countryside or at my computer or XBox 360

My girlfriend is also in on this venture, so we will be looking for advice and contacts with our purchasing plans!

We are coming to Bulgaria on the 12th - 22nd April for a preliminary hunt around/holiday.

Can't really think of much else to mention, but if there's anything you want to know just ask!

I forgot to add travelling to my interests

I have not been to that many countries, but I did do a 6 week travel around europe by myself when I was 17. I have been tempted to break up the monotony of British working life by doing something crazy like the Mongol Rally - for those of you that haven't heard of it, google mongol rally for more information. -I was going to put linkage to their website, but that's not allowed yet apparently!

Bulgarian Property interests me on all levels though. Bulgaria is an unknown with regards to most people in the UK, and the property buying and renovating will be a challenge as well as a sound investment. (Provided I don't get screwed over, which I don't intend to!)

I have a budget of around €20000 all told including renovation costs. But the less the better really... I'm sure I'll be posting on the main board soon enough!
