Wonder if you could give me any tips of buying in bulgaria, any info would be very helpful, as this is a new venture for me and totally alien!!! LOL

Any ideas of approx costs for renovating say a 3 bed house.

Hi Tracey, you can find cheap properties in villages around Varna; aprox 8000-10000euros. For renovation you have to spend the same sum...

Hi Guys

I am new here and I am buying an apartment with my family in Bansko.... it is getting there and I am told it is nearly ready....

Woop woop, I love the place and I think 10 years time things will be amazing and I am willing to hold out and enjoy the place as much as possible....

I am however keen for some information regarding finances.. values etc ... i wonder if there is someone that can help?

Default How do I sell
Hello everyone,We live here in Bulgaria with our 9 dogs and 2 donkeys,We find that due to my husbands illness we must move on,Can anyone offer advice about how to obtain a quick sale best.I have tried local agents and many online ones,We have the one we live in, another unrenovated one,a piece of land and the two donkeys to the right folk.We have put a price of 45.000 euros on the job lot.Is this too much.I welcome any advice as we need to get hubbys treatment started asap.Thankyou for reading this

What area in Bulgaria is it? How big are the properties / land? - That will have an affect on the price....

Default Bulgaria Property
The properties are all in a small village 5 kilometres from Elhovo.This area is famous for Sunflower growing,and the fact that the town of Elhovo is 90 minutes from the coast,20 minutes from the Turkish border(2 hours from the European Airport) and 1 hour from the Greek border.We sit on a plain equidistant from the 2 mountain ranges.
