79% increase over last year

Foreign individuals and companies with foreign shareholders bought real estate worth 817 million euros in the first six months of the year states figures released by the Bulgarian National Bank.

This represents a 79% increase over the same period last year.

Brits remain the driving force accounting for 15.9% of the total money spent
