Hi Addy,

I have too.. a lot of negative comments going round about Bansko in general right now.. but I'm happy with my arrangement within Perun Lodge and looking forward to using it. Have you any status update on the build itself? the Bower Properties website's last updated pictures are from Nov last year

hi Addy,

I bought 115 & 116.. having them made into a 2 bedroom with a large lounge. I liked Perun Lodge more than any of the others but they didn't have anything larger than 1 bedroom. Do you have any idea on the latest status at all? Are you aware of any delay in the build..the next stages etc

regards
Karolos

Hi Johnny,

Well I guess I'm in the same boat.. I haven't got that far yet. I have heard that there is someone in Bansko that will pickup all IKEA stuff (if you like that type of furniture?) from Sofia, deliver it, set it all up for 20% of the cost on top. Aside from that, I need to find out options too.
As far as mortgages, I have one pre approved via the Bulgarian Bank, which I need to activate at some time in the near future.. I'm thinking we will be asked for final payments around August / September? any ideas?.
As for rental.. that's one of the reasons I bought two together, to make into one x2 bedroom apartment as there doesn't seem to be anything bigger than a 1 beroom in Perun Lodge. But to be honest, I'll see how it goes.. I don't have to rely on an income from this, after all there is a lot to rent available in Bansko (or there will be I'm sure!)
I would appreciate any advice on the timelines for payments etc or what's expected of us over the next year by the developers

regards
Karolos

Default 2 units in Perun Lodge to make 1

Hi Karolos (kmichael)

You mentioned that you have bought 2 units in Perun Lodge and are getting them to convert to on 2 bed unit. I am considering something similar.

Did you pay for the 2 units as if they were seperate (ie paid full price for both)? Are they charging you more for the conversion or less as you will only need one bathroom, one kitchen, much less plumbing work etc?

Thanks

Plums
