One of my friend want to buy property in bulgaria as he is moving with his family there .

This seems a rather strange post. He is looking for property for a friend moving here??? Then all of a sudden he is interested in property here?

Maybe the original poster can explain a little better what his intentions are with regard to property in Bulgaria and what advice he is looking for?
