I would be interested to hear from investors that invested in the 100% finance deal in Petarch / Vladaya.
This deal was promoted by the property gurus Alan Forsyth and Robert Gavin, but the investment has not turned out as planned, and building work stopped at Vladaya in July 2007 due to hot weather, and has not started again. Building work never started at Petarch, despite numerous promises. And with the British Goverment shutting down the main agent for BBTL in the UK, the outlook is not looking bright !
I would like to know what after sales care Alan Forsyth and Robert Gavin have offered to the unlucky souls that invested in this fiasco. Before deciding to invest with them, it would be interesting to find out how they treat their customers when things go wrong

I'm currently looking at an incestment with the same fellas so was wondering if you found out anything else from sources other than this?
