Hello all,
I have never visited BG before but I contacted a BG man to ask about room rentals on a regular site I found, as it is, we do not need the accommodation but he has offered to take me and my husband around to see houses when we visit next week. He says he will talk on our behalf and get us a good deal. He says he is a lawyer in training and has an English friend.
He may just want to help and he may just take a small cut from the sale he may be genuine but..........
Has anyone heard of or experienced anything like this. Alarm bells are ringing but I don?t want to judge either.

Quite right your alarm bells should ring out loud, unfortunately a percentage of Bulgarian people have realized that the English seem to be all loaded with excess amounts of lovely deposable cash. So like all places they see us as an easy target. We got ripped off and so were a lot of other British people, its seems we Brits are far more trusting than we should be. We?ve learnt our lesson and it cost us a lot. So we don?t trust any Bulgarians. Im sure I speak for other out there who has been ripped of too.
Please be very wary !! Get them checked out. Who ever you decide to use private or estate agent try and go by recommendation, and im sure you will end up saving money.
