Has anyone had any dealings with this development in Sofia?

Does Sofia have good rental prospects? and is this development located in a good area (Manastirski Livadi), not knowing the area or actually having been to Bulgaria yet I don't know.

Any thoughts/advise would be much appreciated

Hi the area you are talking about is a buisness park. Did you buy this complex through a agent or from the developer. I am not a agent i have invested in two properties in Sofia, one is complete now the other next May.
As for renting if it is useful to you, i am waiting for a agent in Sofia to get back to me, they said there was no problem in renting on a long contract, although the rent will only be about 350 euroa a month for a studio, i will be happy with that as the studio only cost 44,000 euros 2 years ago. I will let you know in the future if this agent is ok.
