hi to all does any one know of any sites where i can do a bit of reseach on an agent or developer am thinking of buying apartment in sunny beach but want a bit more info on the agnt and developer can anyone help me out

Me too either, want to buy something in international city, however as per the bank they can only finance those properties which are
1. Ready for transfer
2. Builder has to be Nakheel, Vakson, Scheffield, Creative investments, ARY.
I am very much confused how to find that out and any ad i see or agent i call they tell me they will check and let me know but no one calls up....

found agent and off pan build try looking at sd6 sunny beach prices are good. dnot know if i can say the agent on the site as i might get banned all looks good.

If I can suggest you something don't buy offplan, buy what you can see....and go there, don't buy on the paper...you can discover too many bad surprises...
If you want a name of the society to "keep off" just ask me in private, I can tell you the story...
