I had a quick look at that site and it may be worth looking into further.

If you have a spare 5k lying around and willing to take a risk on it, then this type of opportunity may be a good one.

5k on a potential 1.3m in 10 years, im sceptical, but even for half the return, its well worth the risk.

They are purchasing off plan property in the 200-400k range and in the UK. They are hoping for a 20-25% price increase by completion, which is feasable. They reinvest your share to buying more if you want to stay in their scheme.

Like i said above look into it in depth, background reports on company from companies house, do google searches on the company and read all small print of any material you get.

(what i have said above does not constitute and financial advice and should not be taken as so, this is mearly my opinion)

Did you eventually have any dealings with the company nikki? Or are YOU actually the company and just pretending to be a customer?!!

Not sure if I would be too willing to have any dealing with them - they claim to be making such great returns for both investors (and themselves) but use a free website hosting account. Not very professional.
