I understand that you have a property 3 km away from sozopol...I thing that you do'nt undertsant the bulgarian market and I want to advice you for free...You possibly try to sell your property with Bulgarian agency...That is your mistake...All of the Bulgarian Agency get a 6% to 10% commission for selling properies in the sea resort from the construction companies...they are a good liars and if they find a buyer they never offer your property....Try to sell your property allone in the UK and BG web directories..I do'nt know where is the location to your property but I thinck that in the black see coast in does'nt meter...The construction there is too high level and all of the agency send the buyers in the new building...You have to find a bulgarian buyer for your propety ...use the free directory ''www imot dot bg'', If you need a help to write your listing there in Bulgarian I can help you...I guaranteed you that all of the agency that work in the sea resort will call you with offert to sell your propety...I thing that you need to resale it with price a little bit down becouse in the moment the prices in sea resort in Bulgaria are to high for the standart there...You still never can get good rental to your propety when he is 3 km away from the town...If your property have a land I can recomend you to sell first only the land ..If the land is with good sea view its realy easy and you can get more then 100 euro per sq.m....But remamber DO NOT BELIAVE TO ANY BULGARIAN AGENCY...IF THEY CONTACT YOU MAKE A CONTRACT WITH THEM TO SELL YOUR PROPERTY IN THE EXACT PRICE THAT YOU WANT..ALL OF THE AGENCY MAKE UP IN THE PRICE AND YOUR PROPETY LOST THE SCHANCE FOR RESALLING....Now in Bulgaria comes a very rich Rashan people they do'nt thinck for the money...if you have a realy good propety /location + lux+ view/ you have a good schance...just you need a good luck....
REMAMBER ...THE PROCES TO SELL PROPERTY IN BULGARIA START FROM 5 MONATS TO 2 YEARS...TRY TO PLAN THIS PERIOD WHEN YOU BUY THERE AGAIN...If you need a Ideas how to manage allone your propety and get a good rental from the bulgarian tourists I will be happy to help...my advice are for free ...I just tell you the true becouse I do not winn money from you! Bulgarian property market is not like any market in the world ..here you can find only surprises, but if you are good informed you never have a problems....To Be good informed for Bulgaria do'nt believe to the Real Estate Agency there. I WILL GUARANTEED YOU THAT IF YOU GIVE HIM A 10% FROM THE PRICE YOU WILL SEL FOR 2-3 MONATS

Just joined this thread- and it may well be that £8000 can not only get you a good property in an attractive location in Spain, but also your original investment returned with cash in the bank, and the mortgage paid for the first year. Rentals available long or short term - golf area- marina etc. local letting-managing agent.

have you seen properties in Western New York they start from £8000 and come with a tenant and management compnay.Pretty impressive home for the price of a small car
