If you want to make a long Career, take your time in going into the US, you are probably half way down a downward trend.

Suggest instead that you do a google search for investment discussion forums that deal with real estate in the USA. You'll learn more by talking to the actual investors than by paying an "expert" to train you.

Definately a better idea, as your trainer will be more interesed in selling to you than training you.

Mate, you better understand something if you want to make it in life; YOU DO IT YOURSELF. Plastic surgeons and popstars wont give you advice on how they made it, theyre to busy making it. Why on earth would a sucesful property professional help you?

Anyone profering help will be a shark with an angle.
