This is a great question. I am looking into investing internationally to rent out to short-term vacationers. I see mentioned that we should use agencies that are recommended to us. If we have not yet made any investments in a country, where do we get these recommendations?

Thanks.

Greg

I rent my properties out with a company called Key Services Based in Larnaca.

The company is english run and i have had no problem with them over the years.

If you wanted to have a look at the website please go to google and type Key Services and the select the website.

It also depends on the involvement of the property management company. I work for a buy-to-let property agency and we have properties where the property management company are actually owners who have bought on the resort, therefore, they feel more obligation to fulfil their duties legitimately as they also live on the resort.

This could also be a consideration.
