Post Help needed for Romanian property purchase

Hi all,
I am a new member and would like help and advice on buying property in Poland.
I have reserved an apartment in the Tunari area of north Bucharest. It is a 1 bed apartment and comes with Kitchen, appliances, floors tiled and carpeted plus a car space. The cost of the apartment is €87500. I am buying off the plans. €3000 to reserve, 25% next March and the remainder on completion in 2010. From the research I have done it appears a good price for the area, but as I have ever been to Romania I can't be sure. Any advice or information on the area would be of help and also as to whether buying off plan is the best way to go.
I am concerned also by the fact that to buy this apartment I have to set up my own company to do it. The agent is telling me that this is a simple procedure and would cost me €1400. Apparently the apartments can only be bought in this way as the developer is assigning a piece of the land to each apartment.
I would greatly appreciate any help on this subject and thanks in advance for your help.

1 Bed For 87k Euros Seems Very Steep, Who Are You Getting This Off?
Also Why Do You Need To Set Up A Company To Buy A Flat? That Is Not Correct, The Developer Is Assigning A Piece Of Land To It.

Stop The Purchase, If You Set Up A Company You Will Ever Month Have Accounting Costs Ranging Between 70 To 300 Euros A Month. Plus The Company Set Up Costs. Stop Right Now. Unless You Want To Be Fleeced.

Please be careful when investing in ROMANIA, specially in Bucharest. Appartments are not the best choice. However, it is possible to find a good deal, but also it's a big risk; you can loose all your money as some properties are sold two or even three times... There is still a big mess in real estate here.

You must have someone that you know and trust 100% and THEN invest, otherwise it could be the same as investing in HYIP.

Dear Teodor

Know and trust 100%. What sort of Rubbish is this. You must do correct due dilligence no matter what you buy.
It is not a matter of trust.

I mean the same thing: know and trust by doing correct due diligence (but with one 'l':-)
However, Rubbish will be your money after loosing them, as many did here.
