We offer a 50/50 split after, sale of properties that will be secure by our compnay and later resell them at a higher price, once that margin profit is over 25%, this can take a 1 to 2 years, maturity.

Any investor, seriously interested will have a great advantage at buying cheap now and later sell at a profitable, higher margin.

Hit you with the questions now for all to see.

Where´s the exit strategy in USA at the moment? Bush is about to start a new war in Iran to push up the price of oil and support the dollar, but he doesn´t give a monkey´s about the real estate industry.

Who are you going to sell your foreclosures to? Americans? Why aren´t they buying them at the moment? Oh - that´s right they can´t get the credit. So, what´s going to change in two years time?

Would be interested in hearing why/how your investment opportunity is different/better than European cities/Asia/South America/The North Pole!

Andy

Thats true....but there are ways for us Brits to profit from it, buy the foreclosures, if you know where to look you can get a Florida pool home, 4 bed for £35,000! What can you buy in the UK for that? NOTHING!

I've been doing this for the past 12 months, and I personally have made a six figure income buying then selling the property - mainly to corporate customers (depending on the property)

Personally I think you would be taken more seriously if you had a website where we can view what you are up to, and a more professional sounding email than an AOL one.

But that is just my opinion.

Generally, what are these properties selling for and what are the rental incomes on average in your area? Are these close to the local colleges or more suburban developments?
