Default I want to buy a home!

I am a single mother working as a teacher and want to purchase a home. But don't think I can afford a home. I am tired of paying rent. Is there a way I can become a homeowner and not pay an outrageous mortgage? Your advice will be greatly appreciated!

Default I want to buy a home!

Hi,
Recently I have bought a house and quite satisfied with this. My friend told me about Real Cheap Estate when I was searching. From their help I really got a good place and don’t have any complains. They specialize in selling discount homes and they also sell real estate notes. You can visit their website called realcheapestateDOTcom . Hope it will help you too.
Good Luck!

Paylor,

Your post is rather vague as you give no details of your financial situation nor your location.

If you have a full time job & a good credit record you should not have a problem. If you can afford to pay market rent then there is every chance you can pay a mortgage. If you don't have a deposit then look at one of the new builds offered by the big developers; they are desperate for buyers and are offering lots of sweeteners. On some developments Barratts, for example, are even offering "move in for £99". Of course, all offers, be it deposit paid, 'free' carpets & white goods etc. are factored into the asking price, but if you are intending to live there for a few years, that shouldn't be an issue.
