There are currently 5 championship courses in Greece, only 2 of which are on the mainland. There are hundreds in Spain & Portugal, so I won't hold my breath waiting for your laughable claim to come true.

Back to the original posting on this thread, Ch 4 were looking for investors not agents.

what's with the attitude?. Read what i origionally posted. I'm talking about what is PLANNED for the area in the next few years. Not WHAT IS THERE NOW. We all know what is there now Einstein !! What will happen in golf tourism investment over the next few years is massive. Read what I posted properly before you open your mouth. Do the research about what is COMING. You might learn something. Now go away, I have no time for short sighted ignorant dickheads. Guess that's what seperates successful international property investors, from desperate others trying to flog 1 bedroom apartments in Bulgeria..lol !!

Touchy, Touchy !.

I did read what you posted, and whilst there may be plans to build a several new golf courses in Greece there is no way that in a "few years" it will become the most popular golf destination in the med. Deal in facts not wild speculation. Do you have any idea of how long it takes to plan and develop a golf course ?. Obviously not. As for "I bed apartmenrts in Bulgaria"- what's that all about ?. I wouldn't want property in Bulgaria if it was offered for free.

Anyway, Mr. 'Successful International Property Developer' as you are incapable of reasoned discussion without throwing a childish tantrum, I'll leave you to make your fortune in Greece, whilst I'm off to Spain to play golf.

Dear Sally,
We bought an apartment in Montenegro just over one year ago.the apartment was a new biuld but still had to be completed ie the gable wall had to be rendered. This work was to have been carried out last September; we holidayed in July of this year and the problem had not been fixed. The main living room wall was badly bluemoulded with mushrooms growing out as the wall had still not been rendered. We had to pay a painter and decorater to fix this problem. The problem we are having is that although the wall had not been rendered there were steel sheets tempoarily placed over the brick-work to the outside. This has since been removed by the builder, which will make the problem much worse come this Winter, as he gable wall now has no protection at all. Upon speaking to the builder in July, I was informed that the access he needed from his neighbour's house to fix this problem had been denied as they had had a falling-out and his neighbour told him that he would never be allowed access to fix the wall, which leaves us with a very large problem as we need to sell but can't until this problem has been fixed.
