Sorry there are also mortgages available But I am unaware as to what rate whey will be recieving.

I think Cannes would beat Berlin any date in terms of rental yield. This is a great investment for a pension in the years ahead. Incredible rental yields. Studios can be found for a little over €100,000 - €115,000 but you are looking at yields above 8% 9 % . I will shed more light later Anyone agree

Why not look at buying a hotel room or 2 in the UK - some good offers out there.

You can get what you are looking for in "fly-over" country in the United States. That's the northern middle part of the USA.

Try looking in the state of Ohio. If you shop well and bargain hard, you can buy properties where you have none of your own money in them, and they pay all of their own expennses, plus a little for your pocket.

You won't get any appreciation, though, and there are no tourists, so your tenants will be local folks.
