Exclamation need help! Good english speaking property lawyers & accountants

hello,

Anyone knows of good english-speaking lawyers and accountants who can help foreigners own property in YOUR country? We would put them in our archive as reference, and as starting point for those who are thinking of buying property overseas. Any help would be appreciated!

Hi,
We do all the property and project management. My name is Olivera, and I am a translator. In our office there are one more translator, a civil engineer, an architect, and a couple of lawyers who fluently speak English. For more information you can visit our presentation on Montenegro Property Management

Regards
Olja

Hi gianne,
just wanted to let you know that there are so many not so honest people doing the bussiness with the property in Montenegro.
Due to fast and quick rise of immobiliars prices there, some agencys involved in this may be fraud disshonest or just money londry .
I was trying to sell pile of land in the Bay of Kotor (Montenegro) and you would not believe the people offering me things I never suggest anyone to do.
This is just the friendly advice to be carefull with them.
Thanks and regards from Djani.

Hi Djani, I used to work the real estate job for a years, As all of us know, in any business, all around us there are honest and unhonest people. The rule and the low in Montenegro are similar as all around the world. I am really sorry that you had a bad experiance with someone in Montenegro, but you also have to know that all the peole aren't same.

My advice is to always use an expensive lawyer from an international law firm based in the capital of the country you are buying in. Never ever give any money anyone else other than via the lawyer.

Remember the best conmen have the nicest manner.
