Hi,

Spain is definetly the place to buy! One of the best places to buy at the moment is in Ronda Spain! I have just bought a property over there and it is one of the best investments i have ever made! Now that the golf courses are being built the prices in the next year will shoot up! I found this girl ver helpful her number is 0034 661 318 160!! She gave me really good advice and helped me find just what i was looking for. She works in a real estate!

Spain is a bit risky for investment now. 600,000 properties are due to be built in 2007 yet the quthorities say there are only 200,000 buyers for these.

Mass oversupply on this scale can only mean one thing for prices.

Many people report not being able to sell thier property in Spain, some have been on the market for 2 years. This is again probably down to the massive choice new buyers have.

Might be better to wait and see what happens to prices before didving in right now.

Default Wow, I think you are deluded!

It is great you are so upbeat. I dont think you have seen the latest news around the world or the word on the street, even US programmes are saying Spain is in trouble, and most of the real estates and developers are saying the same, and you say it is the best investment you have ever made.

Wow, if you have any more money to "invest" let me know. ! Thanks, and good luck, I hope you make alot of money!!!!!!!!

I agree

Spain is not relaly a good choice at th emoment. (and I have a palce over there)

That ebing said, in a "bear" market such as Spain is, there are lots of options to negotiate on price of get properties at BMV

Default Silver Cost Property for Sale

Hello

at this time, probably one of the best places to invest is in Portugal, the silver coast, seems to be popular with many foreigners and properties have had a large capital growth.

If you require info, please email fatima.figueiredo@sapo.pt

We toured Europe as well in search for the next investment and stumbled across Morocco almost by incident....for once just a pure break with no ulterior motives.

Anyway I would say go for Morocco....I am of course biased as that is where we plan to realise our next developments.

After months of research we have now finally found a number of plots to develop and are currently in the process of securing them.

We now have great opportunities for early investors or people who want to go in Joint Venture on property development projects.

Preliminary calculations show our TIER 1 investors can expect around 200% return over 3 years.

For the more risk averse we offer 35% discount on market value for pre-release sales of our property ==> this offer only includes a limited number of properties.

For more details email me on : info@prolan-invest.com

Success,
Christian

Spain, I would suggest, is a no go for quite sometime.

Morocco is a fantastic country but hold off from buying until after elections later this year, given the likelihood the Islamists will do well and the king will fiddle the result like last time. There is the potential for serious problems.

Turkey is similarly somewhat in flux at the moment.

Portugal is a safe bet, the economy is improving and property prices are still low by southern European standards.

France might be a similarly wise bet.

Thanks for the information Magellan,

This is a very interesting point. What are everyone else's thoughts on this?
This displays a country with huge political instability. What was the ramification on the last elections?

I was considering about investing in Morocco in the very short term. But I think I should now definitely wait until the elections finish.

This sounds interesting. Im a fellow developer (not in Morocco) and have bought a villa in Morocco.

I agree it has the best potential of any touristic market. Im amazed some agents dont recognise this is the best tourist zone investment this close to the UK. Why bother with Brazil when this vast sandy beach playground is right on our doorstep.
