Hi

I have a good few properties that may interest you. I have some very good developments in Dubai, Turkey and Spain. What kind of an investment do you want to make? How much is your budget? How long are you looking to hold on to your investment? If you let me know this then I can give you a shortlist of properties to have a look at.

Regards

Cesare Marchetti

Default Italy

Southern Italy is a new up and coming area and the Irish have been buying here like wildfire since January this year but as yet England has not come in to the game. I am just back from a trip and purchased a unit there. This area is like Spain, France, Portugal, the best places and now for the first time ever they are doing developments in Southern Italy, this will be a massive market in a few years and is more stable than the likes of Egypt, Moroccow, Turkey etc. If you want more info please mail me on fuzzbite@hotmail.com

Default Kenya

Kenya is also a place to consider with the Tourist boom and the lack of infrastructure, i.e hotels, cottages, villas or apartments. It all depends on your size of investment. There are a lot of opportunities.

Mail me for more information: info@micssafaris.com

Default Beachfront land in Mexico

Areas like San Felipe are very close to well established California markets like Los Angeles and San Diego.

Buyers include weekenders comparing beachfront land to very expensive areas in California. Prices in San Felipe will continue to grow for years!

Default invest in Montenegro

Hello,
We are new members of this forum. We are from Montenegro and we can only invite you to come to be our guests and experience wild beauty of this country. I am sure that you will fall in love at first sight and decide to start doing business here. You are right, there is a boom in building, especially at the seaside because we have unspoilt nature and everybody is welcomed. There are many interesting plots and properties for everyone. My husband and I run a licensed real estate agency and I am a professor of English, so language will not be a problem It is not a scam, it is reality. You can find whatever you are looking for. We can help you with everything you need - starting from visiting the properties that we can offer in our agency, to helping with accomodation, having a good time, showing beauties of our country and helping with administrative documentation which can sometimes be very boring. Those who are interested in our proposal can contact us via private message or via our e-mail: alfacg@cg.yu and we can send you photos of some exclusive places that will take your breath away
