Shared Ownership Opportunity - Algarve, Portugal

This is my property and I currently only use it for about 4 weeks a year yet it costs a small fortune to run (its a 4 bed, 3 bath villa with private heated swimming pool, under-floor heating, basement parking and on a large plot).

Rather than sell it outright, I'm looking for other like minded individuals who want a place overseas, want to experience capital appreciation but don't want to pay an arm and a leg in running costs.

The company is now owned by a UK Ltd company (of which I am the sole shareholder and sole director) and the legals (shareholder agreement) will be sorted by a UK solicitor giving you security over your investment.
