Hi,
I spent a year or so researching this market, out of the property owners / renters we spoke with most were happy with the services of the company mentioned.
My advice would to act like you are searching for a property to rent, see who comes up first and see what they are offering. If you use the search phrases that your potential renters are likely to use then you ought to get a reasonable idea of who is going to work for you.
Good luck with the bookings, If you PM me I will add it to my growing list of friends who do rentals!

I think you have to test alot of these portals, as all the sales speel is the same , blah, blah, blah, we get this and that, one that has some success in spain is Villas for Rent Spain Costa Blanca | Apartments in Spain | Moraira Javea Denia Spain Rentals del Sol Seville. gets about a million visitors a month. And it is someone I know, so small piece of bias in there. He is a good chap. Personally I get no financial benefit from recommending.

My partner uses Owners Direct for her villa in Portugal and gets a fair bit of business through them. What is important is how you present your property on the site. Most of us react more to visuals rather than copy, so think about your photos to get the best results. Sounds obvious, but some owners seem to to be rather slapdash. If you don't trust yourself with a camera, it's worth getting a professional in; you are competing with lots of other properties so anything that gives you the edge is worth doing; one extra booking and it's paid for itself.

Hi there,

Great link, thanks, but does anyone know of a property website that does the same, but just for private owners selling they're properties, in stead of renting them out?
