Hi Yogi.

Sorry about all the questions ... just curious.
Did you go through an agent or direct with the developer? Are you UK based?

9009Ali,

Don't be sorry - ask away.

Yes I am UK based and have dealt through an agent not direct with the developer.

Thumbs up

You mentioned some good points there Yogi, I too have invested in a water villa on the Golden Palm and to date I have been out there four times. Each time visiting the site to monitor the construction and I must say that the build quality is superb. The beach is always in use and the construction is at such a low key level that you hardly know they are there.
I have just received details of the Tropical Cluster Village that you mentioned and it looks great! I'm at present trying to jiggle some funds around to reserve a first floor suite that over looks the pool

Are you going through a UK agent or direct with a developer?

Cheers

I'm going through the main agent here in the UK, took me a while to find out who they were as they don't seem to do much advertising themselves, I guess they leave that to there sub agents. They have been extremely helpful even with the mortgage arrangements since the problems the developer was having with Fiscal Wise, the broker in Malaysia.
I'm also considering a two bed on the second floor with sea views in the Tarragon cluster but not sure whether my funds will stretch that far.

Thanks for the info.

I have a contact who is based in Malaysia and operates from the UK whom I have brought thought a few times. He has direct business relations with the director of the Sepang GoldCoast development.

If you're interested I can send you details, perhaps you then then compare the prices that you are being offerered?
