Pound softer again after more Mortgage Problems

The Pound was lower today, with the Pound vs US Dollar was down over around 1.50 cents, mainly on the back of negative news from Bradford & Bingley whose shares are down 30% in London this morning.

just when you think local property market couldnt get any worse

what soes everyone else think of the uk property market?

IO went to buy a new "home" before xmas and glad i didnt? Think prices will keep falling by another 10%
