Smile UK Plots of Land For Sale

Hi Olly,

We sell freehold plots of land for investment purposes.
Our expertise is to source land which is in a very logical and strategic position for planning permission to be granted in the future, and when it is you could see a return of between 6 and 10 times your original investment. UK Land Investments were just the latest outfit peddling this scam to be closed down by the DTI. No doubt this company will be next. If you want to buy a piece of a field on which you are most unlilely to ever get planning permission, just buy the whole field yourself - it will be cheaper !.

Dear Olly, I work for a small real estate business on the island of Rhodes, Greece and we currently have a plot of land of 400,000 SqM (40 Hectares) for sale at a price of 12,000,000 Euros. This piece of land is located on the scenic South West Coast of the island with 20,000 Square Metres of the land being on the beach. It is possible to build on, at least, over 20,000 Square Metres of this land. Please let me know if this is of interest to you. Kind regards. Louise

Olly,

I have another 30 hectares of development land in Kusadasi Turkey with potential to expand up to 80 hectares. This land is on an elevated position with Aegean sea views and the Greek island Samos is right in front only one mile away from the coast :-) Again 2 busy international airports with regular flights to Europe is about 1 hour drive away. There is enough power, water, etc to build and sustain large developments, golf course etc.

Asking price is 4,500,000 Euros for 30 Hectares

Olly,
I have 100's of lands in my portfolio with your prefences but I have to know more than 30 to 80 hectares.
Do you want sea view?
Do you want by the sea?
What will your investor build on this land?
How many square meter building permission is enough for them?
What are their budget?
Is there a limit for the price for per hectare of the land?
After these informations I can give you some examples.
All my lands are directly contracted from the land owners so it is not possible to find them in another estate agents. In my company just 5 people team is working for lands and big investments.
