The information I have relased is sufficient unless you are qualified chartered surveyor or architect. In summary location is either 'Resort' - which translates to shoreline / sea views or close proximity to beaches. Or, suitable for retirement relocation. Thereafter, size & dimensions are immaterial at this juncture nor how many untis can be built provided it is more than say, 150 plus resort facilities.

The rest is down to experts in the field. Price will not be a consideration at this time since the plan is to create several of these 'pride of ownership' locations across a cross-section of countries.

i heard of a growing developper in Dubai that might help with all the investments that you have. lands, buildings.... Dubai is the Place to be for investments. it makes money faster than what you could expect. if you know the competent people for the job.

Thanks for the kind thought. My first trip to UAE which included Dubai was 1978. My contacts are many and at the very top end. Moreover, I am already deeply involved 'professionally' advising clients - long-standing and new to Dubai.

UAE is also not best suited to the kind of resort presentation to be rolled-out across 12 or more locations over the next 18-30 months.

I am not sure if this suits your requirement but I own a 2000m2 plot in Bulgaria with full planning permission ready to build a 12,000m2 apartment building. It is a next to the new Ian Woosnam golf course and next to Bansko ski resort.
There is 2 new ski resorts being constructed within 5 km of the plot and a further 6 golf courses to be build in the region giving it an all year round tourist destination.
