Morning 'Ollie'

I give up, I thought I was good at selling but finding a buyer for the two tracts of land I have has proved frustratingly impossible, so I would be grateful if you would take them off my hands. They fit your bill exactly.

Plot 1.
On the Algarve in Portugal. (plot 2 is right next door and only separated by the road leading into town). Both sites 5 minutes from town, 10 minutes to local beach and 30 minutes to the airport.
163 hectares of rolling hills and two lakes, ideal golfing country.Planning passed for 150 properties with option from council to extend to 300 properties. Unused land ideal for log cabins etc.Planning also passed for golf course, hotel, shops and suoermartket. Area deemed 'touristic' grants avaialble for infrastucture, solar energy, and touristic aspects.

Plot 2
Same spec as plot one but no golf.Fabulous river frontage aspect and great views.

Both plots ready to start building now, purchase funds avaialble subject to status, in other words we`ll lend you the money to buy it if you have asset value of your own.

Build prices here are 1000 euros a metre and in this area sell for an average of 2500-2750 a metre. There are 50,000 metres in all to build or 50 million build costs, selling at 125 million conservative estimate.
Land costs negotiable but would accept 40 million Euros for both sites

Have a nice day

Dear Olly:
I would like to know if you might be still interested in Costa Rica.
I have some properties in that range that can be interested.

Olly,
My email is wangechi.matgmail

Many projects you can do in Mombasa and Nairobi Kenya if building-to-let in first case or second home owners and also build-to-sell in the case of Nairobi. If you are looking to make 30-50% upon completion then Kenya is the place to be.
Look forward to hear from you.

Florence
