Calling all Owners or Agents...

Have cash buyers seeking development land. Will consider all potential resort & retirement locations. Gross area 30-100 hectares.

That is what i thought but just wanted to check and not waste your time. So i can provide land in Turkey (Bodrum, Dalaman, Altinkum plus many more regions), Brazil (beachfront or inland)and Bulgaria (near the 3 new golf courses and other areas).

Let me know if you would like to discuss any of these areas further.

Think I best expand upon my opening thread statement.

Please don't ask me whether I am interested in a particular piece of land. If it meets the criteria - see first entry - please send the information to me direct, off board will be best.

The amount of funding available could bring 6 to 12 new projects on stream over the next 12-18 months. So please, don't be polite by hesitating. Provided it meets the criteria then send but please do not if it doesn't. If you need an off-baord e-mail address to include attachments etc, please announce yourself and the type of land offered.

Good luck and I hope you have the land my clients are seeking...

Well, your site is in Portuguese only, and I don't have the time to search this website. Hence the reason I asked for everyone to contact me if they have appropriate sized land available.

As a portal, we have land listings in a large number of countries world wide from a vast number of agents. I have tried to post a link, but this forum will not permit it.

There are some 540 listings for Brazil alone that are land of varying sizes and uses as well as prices. Simply use the filter on our site for each country.

if you google propertyshowrooms and select any country, it will take you to our site. Almost all 45 countries have land listings in them, for example, Brazil has 540 alone of varying sizes, uses and prices.
We have a de-militerized former Russian town for sale in Poland, entire villages for sale in Spain, as well as the more normal land listings worldwide.
