Hi we are looking to sell our apartment in Bulgaria or would consider a swap/part ex for a property elsewhere

We have just got back from 2 great weeks holiday in our apartment in Vega Village in Sveti Vlas, on the Black sea coast in Bulgaria
When we bought the apartment off plan we had 2 very young kids, now the very young kids are growing into 2 very big kids and we need more room.
Because of this we are considering selling our apartment to buy something bigger. Details are below

1 Bed apartment 63 square metres, double balcony
The apartment is fully furnished with a good quality kitchen, king size bed in the bedroom, table and 4 chairs in the living room, and a 2 seater settee and 2 chairs that fold out into beds. There is also balcony furniture and all the curtains, pots, pans, etc that you would need. The apartment has an entrance that we share only with the apartment upstairs


We are either looking to sell outright or to possibly swap or part exchange ( with money coming our way) for a furnished 2 bedroom in another coastal area either in Bulgaria or elsewhere in Europe ( we would love to swap for a 2 bed in Vlas but don't think anyone would be interested) so we are willing to sacrifice location for space

The complex has 2 infinity pools the front pool is front line to the sea, it has a gym, sauna, restaurant and cocktail bar.

The complex is frontline to the sea and the fantastic new marina, the complex is made up of 3 blocks Block B is the big front block Block A is the big back block and block c are the 2 small middle blocks. Our apartment is located in block C unfortunately we dont have a pool or sea view but we do have a lovely view of the gardens, we also get the sun on the balcony for most of the afternoon and early evening. The apartment is in the quite part of the complex so you don't get disturbed early morning or late at night.
